30-day Free Returns

We are a customer-first company, and we strive to provide the best quality products with a seamless experience for you. Still, sometimes things happen, so if there's anything wrong with the item you have received, we will do our best to fix it and be satisfied.

If you want to return the item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the order at hello@boxtoheart.com. If you have discovered our fault, please take pictures of the defective, or wrong case sent to you and attach them to the initial email with an explanation.

  • WARNING: Personalized products are one of a kind and have been manufactured only for you. Therefore we can not exchange or refund any customized products under any circumstances unless the product has a manufacturer's defect.
  • We do not issue refunds if you do not provide a reason for returning the item or send it back without contacting us first.
  • Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method you used when placing your order.
  • The returned product must not be used and should be sent to us in its original packaging.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@boxtoheart.com or chat with us via Messenger / Telephone / Web live chat.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@boxtoheart.com.

Refund time-frame

For returned items or items for exchange, we'll process your return/exchange and issue a refund to your original form of payment, usually within 3 business days. After this time, the refund time frame is as below:

  • PayPal account refunds: Up to 7 business days
  • Credit card refunds: Up to 7 business days

For lost packages

We'll process them within 15 business days.

Clearance items (if applicable)

Clearance items cannot be refunded.

Shipping The Returned Item(s)

To return your product, you should contact us at hello@boxtoheart.com to get a returned address.

Within the free return period (30 days), we take charge of the return fee, but if it is over the period, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping orders valued at over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
